Copyright of any image or print, in either original or altered form, even where work is commissioned remains the property of GPat all times unless prior agreement and written authorization has been obtained.

Publication, broadcast, distribution and/or manufacture of any past, present or future content, in either original or altered form, is not permitted unless written authorization has been obtained from GP.

John Glass Photography and/or John Glass will not be held liable or accountable for any opinion, image or action, either expressed or implied, through its web site, Cd's, company profile, or for those of any of its clients.

Pricing Terms and Conditions

Reprint Price List is correct at time of printing but GP reserve the right to amend at any time due to unforeseen circumstance or change in suppliers pricing structures.

Shipping

Postage and Packaging are included in the cost of your package. However, GP reserves the right to add additional shipping costs if necessary an approved by the customer. GP ships all order by the United States Postal Services unless specifically requested otherwise.

Service Area

GP will work within a 30-mile radius of their premises. Therefore any distance beyond 30 miles will be charged at fifty ($0.50) per mile.

Wedding/Engagements and Portraits Terms and Conditions

GP requires a 50% deposit to confirm and book for you photography session, which is non-refundable as described in your contract with GP.

After our first consultation, you have one-week to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the execution of a contract. The actual day(s) of the photography session will be confirmed with the receipt of a $200.00 non-refundable deposit.
